Infrahub Construction and Development Corp. formerly Oscar R. Sarmiento Construction, Inc., is a duly registered company with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) of the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines with License number: 1411 and a “AAA” category contractor with Large B classification on the different fields of Engineering.
The company was established in 1973 by the late Engr. Oscar R. Sarmiento and it was then incorporated in 2009, under the name Oscar R. Sarmiento Construction, Inc. In order to be more globally competitive and to help achieve our present and future corporate goals, the Board of Directors decided to change the company’s name to Infrahub Construction and Development Corp., which was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Over the decades, the company has completed multi-billion Infrastructure projects, which cemented the company’s higher level of service thatdemonstrated quality standards for the Construction Industry. Therefore, since2011, the company has been ISO 9001:2015 certified by the Certification Partner Global (CPG) [Formerly: International Standards Certification (ISC) Pty.Ltd.]
The success of our company in the construction industry has always been dependent on the talent and commitment of the personnel from the top management as well as our qualified and experienced staff. Infrahub Construction and Development Corporation has been fortunate to acquire and retain individuals who are strongly committed to the company’s mission and vision.
The roadmap of the Company is geared towards becoming one of the Major Developer of Reclamation Project, Dam Construction, Hydropower/Renewable Energy Project and Mass Public Transportation System. We aim to be known as one of the best-managed construction firms inthe local and global industry.
Currently, we are in Joint Venture with our Chinese Partners as one of the suppliers of Marine Sand for the Manila Reclamation Development and was qualified as a GenCon in the Reclamation Project Development.
